Our project for an international organization represents an inventive achievement in innovative design and fit-out execution for a “global leader in Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing.”
The magnitude of this project is not just about its size but the unprecedented scale of purposeful creativity, functionality, and client satisfaction. Undertaken by Pinnacle Interiors, this entire building of a five-floor, double-height turnkey project in Dubai Media City, spans 4206 square meters and was completed on May 17, 2024. Transforming an old abandoned studio into a vibrant mixed-use space was difficult. The result is a dynamic environment featuring a lounge, reception area, unwind/dining area, town hall space, state-of-the-art working labs, and offices—crafted so meticulously that the employees feel at home and inspired.
Design Highlights:
The client’s brief “Human by Nature,” emphasized a design concept rooted in nature, aiming to create a happier and healthier workspace inspired by organic forms and biophilic elements. Pinnacle Interiors Designers interpreted this concept with a holistic human-centric and nature-inspired approach. The design implements organic shapes curved and flowing lines that mimic natural forms, and emulate a sense of calm and creativity. This departure from traditional sharp angles and straight lines creates a unique and inviting environment.
The inclusion of earthy tones, and a palette of greens, browns, and blues reflects the colors of nature, promoting a relaxing and soothing atmosphere that enhances well-being. Our design implements biophilic integration and incorporates plants and natural light that connect occupants with nature, to enhance employee mood, morale, and productivity providing a healthier and more enjoyable work environment.
This mixed-use commercial office building represents a forward-thinking approach to a collaborative workspace. By combining architectural creativity, sustainability, flexibility, and community-focused amenities, the project sets a new standard for commercial developments.
